Live, learn and share — city and rural students experience each other’s culture, daily life and communities across Nepal.
Our Student Exchange Program connects young people from urban centres with peers in remote villages — and the other way around. Participants live with host families, join local schools or community activities, and return with a deeper understanding of Nepal’s diversity.
Exchanges are designed to be safe, supervised and rooted in respect for local culture. Families and schools are prepared in advance; Smile for Hope coordinates logistics and wellbeing support.
Share daily routines, meals and traditions with a carefully matched host family.
Join local classes or community projects — farming, crafts, sports and village events.
Rural students visit the city; city students stay in rural areas — mutual learning and friendship.
Tell us whether you are a student, parent, school or host. We will reply with next steps.
